Dear Sir or Madam,

During a recent review of computers at Three Rivers Community College, a potential breach in the system was discovered. As part of the security system for all computers at the College, information is analyzed and, in this review it was determined that unauthorized access may have occurred.

Persons whose names were associated with the potential breach should have been notified. Grace S. Jones, President of the College sent letters to all persons affected to the extent we could determine.

If you did not receive a letter you probably were not affected. However, if you were involved in one of the following college-related activities, you may call CSIdentify's Customer Care Center to verify that you were not impacted:

  • 2004 -2009 - Participants in the Life Long Learners programs
  • 2003 -2006 - Participants in the Patient Care Technicians programs

  • 2007 -2008 - Participants in the Bridges to Health Care Careers programs
  • 2006 -2008 - Participants in the Photons for Educators programs
  • 2004 -2009 - Faculty or staff members of the Three Rivers Continuing Education Office
